| Nitin, is the CEO and founder of Appulse and has more than a decade of experience in product engineering, outsourced R&D and offshoring of mission-critical initiatives. Over the years he has been closely associated with ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) and technology product companies. Nitin has a strong affinity for technological innovation and research and likes to work on the ground with the development team in an endeavor to deliver the best solutions to our customers.
Prior to founding Appulse, Nitin worked with HCL Technologies where he was instrumental in several successful product engineering initiatives. He was also actively involved in securing patents for image display on devices for one of the products companies. Nitin has also co-founded an ERP product company, focused on textile industry in India and a textile manufacturing company subsequently. He has extensive experience across Europe and North America geographies. Nitin holds a B.E. in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee in India. |

| Vikas, who is a co-Founder of Appulse brings with him a vast experience in technology product management. He has been involved in product conceptualization and defining features, conducting workshops with number of ISVs and product companies in USA, Sweden and Japan. He has also been involved in program management, managing product teams of upto 50 R&D engineers, and defining product architecture. He has been an expert in Rational Unified Process and Object Oriented Methodologies and initiated Use Case based requirements capturing and requirements prioritization with several product companies.
Previously he has held management and engineering positions with HCL Technologies, a leading technology services company headquartered in Sunnyvale, California and Aithent Technologies, a product company headquartered in New York. Vikas is a Computer Science Engineer. |

| Kewal Khanna is an industry veteran with almost 4 decades of experience behind him across multiple industry segments like medical electronics, consumer electronics, electro-acoustics and Test & Mesurement. He is a former President of Agilent Technologies India & General Manager, South Asia Pasific, Agilent Technologies for their largest business unit. In the past he has worked with global corporations like Philips, HCL & HP. Mr. Khanna is an M.Tech (Electronics) from Calcutta University and a DMSM from Delhi University. |
